All payments for services are due upfront. Greenpath Web Solutions operates on a monthly billing cycle, and payments are required in advance for each month’s services. Once payment is received, services will be rendered according to the agreed-upon scope of work.
4. Credit Card Authorization
By providing your credit card information to Greenpath Web Solutions, you are authorizing us to charge your card for the agreed-upon services on a recurring monthly basis. This authorization will remain in effect until you cancel your services according to the cancellation policy outlined in Section 6. Providing your credit card information is considered a legal signature and serves as your consent to these recurring charges.
5. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all monthly payments are non-refundable. This applies to all services provided by Greenpath Web Solutions, including but not limited to digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and website development. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued.
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their services up to one (1) business day prior to the renewal date of their monthly billing cycle. To cancel, you must contact us in writing at service@getgreenpath.com. If cancellation is not made within this timeframe, the service will automatically renew for the following month, and you will be charged accordingly.
7. Disclaimer of Results
While Greenpath Web Solutions aims to deliver high-quality digital marketing services, we cannot guarantee specific results due to factors outside our control, such as search engine algorithms, market conditions, and user engagement. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that any estimated results, projections, or metrics provided are indicative only and not guaranteed. In addition, some results depend on your participation, such as with providing relevant information and collecting reviews according to the reccomended strategy. In many cases your lack of participation in these activities may have significnat detrimental effects on our ability to obtain desired results, and Greenpath Web Solutions will not be held liable for such.
8. Limitation of Liability
Greenpath Web Solutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to business interruption, lost data, or lost profits. Clients are advised to review and understand our service offerings and limitations before making a purchase.
9. Changes to Terms
Greenpath Web Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website and notifying clients via email. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any updates.
